As a Technical Writer in the M2M team in Beijing, you will be responsible to write and release customer documentation for our wireless modules. Our wireless modules will be used in automotive, industrial and other M2M applications.

3. You will create technical documentation based on input from different departments for the customer documentation and describe technical issues for customers
4. You need to manage the files of the Customer Documentation
5. You will create and maintain a cross-project plan and organize the reviews (editorial) of the Customer Documentation.
6. You are responsible to release the customer documentation
7. You will create the layouts of the Customer Documentation in coordination with Marketing
8. You have to develop and maintain the DLL of our tool used to generate the documentation

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

·        To succeed at this job, you must have: the skill to describe technical issues on an abstract customer related level, skills and experience (C/C++, Windows programming, XML) and the ability to work in project team

·        It would be preferred if you have experience with MS-Office and Adobe Frame Maker, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Clear Case.

·        You need to be fluent in English in reading and writing

·        We would like someone to join our team who is a quick-learner, an excellent communicate skill, analytical, a team player and self-motivated.

·        You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Software Engineering.

·        We are looking for someone with 3-5 years’ designing and writing technical documentation, user guides or online help systems, preferable for telecommunication systems
