JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Manage Boutique Staff
Manages staff by determining workload/priorities, delegating assignments, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.
Inspires and motivates staff to build a cohesive and productive team
Assesses and articulates recruitment needs/requirement to company HR according to boutique needs
Assesses and defines in-boutique training program to support/monitor the proper integration of new staff, and continuous improvement of existing staff of capabilities and attitude
- Manage Boutique Sales
Leads and motivates staff to accomplish monthly and yearly sales target defined by management at monthly meeting and yearly conference
Creates and enforces action plans focusing on improving sales associates' product knowledge, selling skills and service attitude
Constructs sales target (sales amount and/or per product category) for each sales associate and follow up their individual development plan
Enforces policy established by the Retail Department: e.g. discount policy, gifts, general expense...
Collects information and outcomes of Boutique activities and external factors that could have an impact on the business to present to management: e.g. local political and economic news, marketing campaigns, competitor activities and performance...
- Build and manage customer relationships
Delivers excellent customer service and promote good practice specified in Keep It Service Make It Excellence (KISMIE) project.
Builds and maintains good relationship with VIPs.
Develops new clients through third-party partnerships and local organizations.
Manages customer database (CDB) through feedback analysis & follow up service.
- Manage the Boutique operation
Supervises boutique supervisors to plan, organize, and direct overall workplace functions; coordinates time, vacation schedules and staff coverage; establishes workplace procedures; authorizes billings/expenditures; maintains records; arranges for equipment maintenance, etc.
Acts as a facilitator in problem solving situations; provides information to those seeking assistance and suggests alternatives/solutions and assists others in solving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduate with CET (College English Test) Band 6
- 5 years' luxury retail experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level
- Sound knowledge in Watch & Jewelry industry is a definite asset
- Strong business sense of retail service, passion in retail operations
- Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills
- Sales-driven and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of computer applications
- Good Command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Boutique Supervisor
