Our Client:A famous italy brand in Luxury industry
Job Title: C&B Specialist
Report to: Associate C&B Manager
Location: Downtown
Duties:
- Compensation & Benefits Routine work:
1) C&B related payment issue, payout, payroll support, calculation and data input, etc.
2) Submit office tax and get tax receipt for expats.
3) Monitor plan and actual cost, identifies problem areas, and review changes in C&B.
4) Communicate with Finance People for any C&B Support.
5) Vender management (HR system/Insurance/EFESCO)
- Project / Analysis
1) Budget analysis & summarize
2) Staff uniform collection and filing
3) Review the compensation benefits(such as insurance, physical check, other C&B related)
4) Issue the confirmation letter, such as offer letter, transfer letter, promotion letter etc.)
5) Make sure all the company leaves in system and HRIS accuracy and smoothly
6) Prepares data and participants in surveys and review data for staff.
7) Support Manager for some projects needs.
8) Other C&B related issues or activities support.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with major in BA or Psychology or Humanities.
- At least 2Ys consistency experience in MNCs in C&B function.
- Positive attitude and thinking, quick learner.
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills
- With good PC & Excel knowledge.
- CET-6 owner with command of English both oral and written.
