Responsibilities
? Drive breakthrough improvement via BBs, GBs and FDT continuously,
? Demand forecast and productivity accuracy, process optimization and re-engineering, quality, improvement...etc.
? Conduct process improvement and business excellence in transactional enviornment.
? Conduct business excellence audit to ensure lean & effective process via PCAT for various functions and countries.
? Train & certify BB/GB/FDT Belts, and coach belts in related projects.
Requirements and/or Advantages:
? Bachelor degree in Engineering or above, MBA is preferred;
? Black Belt is a must. Master Black Belt is prefered.
? At least 5Ys experience in projects including transactional projects by using Six Sigma tools, multinational consumer product company is preferred;
? Proven solid experience and track records in business process improvement or re-engineering.
? Hands-on, good team player and project manager, strong analytical skill and logic thinker
? Fluency (written and oral) in English is a must;
