Chief MEP Cost Estimator 成本控制，造价资深专家

Job Specification 职位描述：
l Prepare project estimate and budget;
编制工程概、预算；
l Calculate target cost;
测算目标成本；
l Prepare RFC submitted to Owner;
编制对业主的变更申请；
l Review RFC from subcontractors;
审核分包的变更申请；
l Review contractor payment;
审核工程款的支付；
l Account and group tender offers;
投标报价的算量、组价；
l Review work volume calculation document;
审核工程量计算书。 Key qualification 仸职条件：
l Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Budget, Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Installation and other related disciplines;
教育背景：工程预算、机电安装、及其他相关专业，本科及以上学历。
l 8-15 years experiences on cost management or budgeting and estimate; Registered Cost Engineer Certificate is preferred;
工作经验：具有8-15年以上成本管理或概预算工作经验，取得国家注册造价工程师资格证书者优先。
Knowledge and skills 知识/技能：
l Be familiar with management standard and regulations in this industry;
熟悉本行业的管理规范和法规；
l Be familiar with quota and quota software;
熟悉定额及定额软件；
l Must capability to audit independently and prepare estimate & budget;
具有独立审核和编制概、预算的能力；
l Have knowledge of Building Material Market;
熟悉建材市场行情；
l Be familiar with national quotas, project cost market and market prices of materials and equipment;
熟悉国家定额、工程造价市场情况、材料设备等的市场价格；
l Skilled in logical analysis and general control;
具有较强的逻辑分析能力及良好的统筹管理能力；
l Be capable to account and group independently;
能独立算量、组价；
l Be capable to review calculation of work quantity;
能审核工程量计算;
l Proficiency with MS Office software and list quotas;
熟练使用有关计算机办公软件和清单定额； Other requirements 其他要求：
l Sincerely, initiative, communicative and team-player;

l Adapt to high pressure and short-term travel;
能适应短期出差以及高强度的工作；
l Good English is preferred.
