职位描述

Vice President / Assistant Vice President, Finance (based in Shanghai)
Reporting to the CFO of China Operations, it is expected that the candidate should be a self
starter with strong inter-personal skills, and has the ability to see the big picture quickly and at
the same time drive execution. The candidate should have strong corporate finance
background. The ability to approach finance from a business point of view will be a definite
plus.
Responsibilities
. Assist the CFO in maintaining all banking relations and be responsible to manage all
debt capital raising activities of China Operations and minimize all borrowings cost by
seeking best available terms in the market
. Assist the CFO to ensure achievement of overall China Operations financial
performance targets, KPIs etc
. Maintain sound local treasury operations
. Assist the CFO to resolve local and cross-border tax and legal issues
. Lead and supervise financial due diligence activities during investments or acquisitions
. Maintain effective risk management, and internal control processes and systems
. Ensure compliance with group Financial Regulations
. Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by the CFO

Prerequisites
. Degree in Accountancy with a good understanding of the local debt capital market
. Minimum 10 years of relevant financial experience, of which at least 5 years must be in a
senior role with focus on corporate finance, preferably in the Head Office of a large
group of companies
. Good experience in working with senior management including the Board of Directors
. Experience in managing the finance function of a real estate company will be an added
advantage
. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
