工作职责:

1.协助校长开展学校日常管理及行政事务工作，并分管相关职能工作；

2.负责全面督促、检查、贯彻落实学校的总体目标，组织学校各职能部门制定各项工作计划（长期、中期、短期），并督导完成；

3.组织学校各部门完善各项规章制度，提升学校规范化管理；

4.协助校长抓好学校教学质量，提升校本特色，不断改善学校办学条件，提高办学质量；

5.协助校长做好师资队伍建设，有计划、有措施、有步骤的提高教师的教学业务水平及综合能力；

6.负责学校品牌建设及输出管理，参与新学校建设工作；

7.校长安排的其它工作事项。

任职资格:

1.全日制本科及以上学历，已经获得教师资格证，第一学历为211或985院校者优先；

2.10年以上行政管理经验，具有知名品牌民办学校教学管理经验者优先；

3.具有海外学习经历，或具备中小学中级职称者优先；

4.具有较强的教育教学管理能力，优秀的沟通与组织才能、问题分析解决能力、口头与文字表达能力
