Job description
Strong testing experiences in IT technical area, familiar with different kinds of testing including but not limited with FVT, SVT, PVT, AVT,GVT and so on.
Experienced in building standard testing process including test strategy, test plan, test preparation, test execution, test report and so on.
Experienced in advanced technology in different test phases, e.g. Risk based testing, Test Design technology, Testing coverage traceability, defect analysis, testing measurement.
Familiar with TMMi standards.
Familiar with test automation technology and performance test technology.
Experienced in managing agile testing project leverage agile best practices.
Strong skills in using any of the test management tools including but not limited with test requirement management tool, testing assets tool, defect management tool.
Strong skills in evaluating requirements and architecture design and plan test.
Strong experiences in troubleshooting on different platforms - Windows, Linux, Unix, AIX and so on.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Good cross-team communication skill and ability to drive to close
Good communication skills in both mandarin and English
Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner
Experience with managing agile development project is a plus
Familiar with IBM middleware (Websphere, DB2, Tivoli Tools .etc) is a plus
Ever working in a banking industry solution testing will be a strong plus.
