Responsibilities: As an IBM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Senior Consultant you will assist our clients in assessing, selecting, implementation, and production support of CRM solutions. You will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to help our clients gain more insights to their customer base, design a more efficient marketing and sales process, propose an internal sales and marketing organization, and eventually turn customer insights to tangible business results. You will primarily work in banking industry, always with the objective to create value for our clients by improving their CRM functions in a way which allows them to achieve client expected results.In addition to your CRM consulting work you will also be playing a key role in IBM's Smarter Commerce business development activities, especially in the areas of sales channel integration, Enterprise Marketing Management etc. With your experience and expertise you are able to convince our clients of the value a partnership with IBM brings to their business.
Required:
- At least 7 years experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice in a lead role with more than 3 years experience in implementing CRM solutions - You are an expert in one or several of the following topics: Customer Insight, Customer Segmentation, Campaign Management, Marketing Resource Management, Next Best Offer, Web Analytics, Online Marketing- You have been involved in projects that improved processes in above areas with the use of technologies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to thrive in an intense team atmosphere, while making individual contributions- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines- Passion for ideas, complemented with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view- Capacity to learn new assignments, systems and tools- Interest and aptitude in technology tools and applications.
