Job Description:
1. Responsible for finance analysis of BPO, key activities include:
- Provide monthly forecast and monthly/quarterly countdown assessment reports
- Channel Budget development and performance measurement
- Performance tracking and measurement monthly for Distributors
- Support On demand requirement from BPO leaders daily
- CRBP performance tracking and validation by Rout To Market view
- Distributor inventory (Week of supply ) management and Distributor sell in and sell out tracking
2. Responsible for SBU tracking, key activities include:--
- Responsible for managing end to end SBU (shipped but uninstalled) status to ensure minimum SBU are met.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to actively ensure any risky SBU to be controlled.
- Provides any necessary support for business needs.
- Finish any on-demand task from reporting manager.
Required Skills:
- Finance/Accounting background and work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner, with strong financial/mathematical logic
- Proficient to advanced levels in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Language: English - fluent; Mandarin Chinese - fluent
