岗位职责：
1、负责公司汽车空调压缩机总成设计研发；
2、优化和规范产品的开发流程，负责新产品开发的前期指导；
3、负责部门员工的工作任务分配及协调，指导并监督下属员工工作完成情况；
4、管理公司汽车空调压缩机总成研发的整体核心技术，组织制定和实施重大技术决策和技术方案。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，自动化、电子、仪器仪表、机电一体化等相关专业；
2、10年以上汽车行业研发经验；5年以上团队管理经验；
3、精通汽车空调压缩机性能或结构设计；
4、精通汽车空调压缩机控制系统研发经验者优先；
