岗位职责：
1、在总经理的领导下，全面负责区域销售工作，完成本区域团队的销售任务，做好本销售团队的日常管理工作。
2、制定团队年度工作计划，负责销售项目的具体落实，制度执行、销控管理，重要客户的洽谈，客户资源管理与维护，相关报表整理上报，客户档案管理，日常业务培训，销售回款等。
3、组织市场调研，收集市场信息，分析市场动向、特点和发展趋势。结合公司发展战略，制定区域销售策略，确定重要的目标市场。
4、负责区域项目管理：跟踪、整理项目信息，评估分析项目进展情况，建立项目信息档案，负责发现销售过程的问题，提出指导意见并及时上报。
5、负责区域销售队伍建设和管理，打造一支团结、高效、有销售力的队伍。包括人员招聘与培训、过程管理、目标管理、时间管理、绩效管理与考核等。

岗位要求：
1、5年以上行业管理工作经验；
2、熟悉现代管理模式，熟练运用各种激励措施，具有较强的市场开拓、产品销售能力；
3、具有丰富的市场营销策划经验、较强的市场感知能力，能敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向，能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴，熟悉行业市场发展现状；
4、具有优秀的营销技巧，较强的市场策划能力和运作能力；
5、有电气自动化、工业机器人、工控行业工作背景及社会资源者优先。
