职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Ensures that all activities are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
? Contributes to the mission of the organization and adheres to company’s values;
? Assists in all recruit activities, campus recruitment, making appointment with head-hunters, arranging interview schedule, follow up with the resultetc.;
? Liaisons with payroll vendor for employment registration / cancelation, payroll, social insurance, housing fund, supplementary insurance programs execution etc. for local employees;
? Supports in Chinese payrollcalculation and distribution providing forms, data etc.
? Welcomes new employees at hiring, ensures all the employees to sign employment contracts and other documents when joining, performs the procedures of “new employee probation evaluation”, employment contract renewal procedure etc., keep their records per PRC labor laws and regulations as well as internal requirements. Updatesemployee profiles, contact list, etc.
? Assists in employees’ exit procedures under legal and internal requirements.
? Checks and compiles timesheets and manages various banks of time (holidays, annual leave, sick leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, & etc., absenteeism, overtime, accumulated hours, and so on.);
? Supports the implementation and communication of benefits and awards programs for employees, such as supplementary insurance, etc.
? Provides support in the visa, work / resident permits, hukou, moving, relocation, schooling issues etc. of the employees.
? Supports in travel arrangementsuch as flight tickets and hotel reservation.
? Supports the management of stationery, food, water, business cards and other office supplies for the company.
? Provides support in various HR various projects and events.
? Provides support in training activities.
? Translates and formats presentations, documents etc.
? Issues SC and confirms goods receiving in SRM and follow up it till a proper payment completion.
? A member of telephone receptionist.
? Manages DMC (documentation room), supports on Hadi project.
? Backs up other HR administrators when they are off duty.
? Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor;
PROFILE
? Required Qualifications:
? Holds a bachelorcollege degree in Human Resources discipline or related.
? 0–2years working experience.
? Skills and Aptitudes:
? High sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
? Teamwork spirit;Attention to details, self-motivated.
? Good Oral and written communication skill;
? Good planning and prioritizing skill, ability to manage multitask;
? Capacity to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationship;
? Familiar with Microsoft software like word, excel, PowerPoint and etc.;
? Fluent Mandarin and good English.
