Job description
专业从事机房工程项目管理5年以上，可独立完成项目的计划、实施、控制和验收。深刻了解机房工程业界先进技术，对机房各专业具有扎实的理论基础和丰富的实践经验，可经常出差，在合同签署后，可领导项目组在现场完成系统的全过程指导和评估。熟悉各主流厂商的设备特性，熟悉系统建设过程中的各主要工艺，可处理常见问题。具备与监理、设计院、土建方的沟通能力。

具备丰富的客户关系管理经验，可有效进行项目实施过程中的客户期望值管理。

一级建造师
PMP
高级工程师

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 7 years experience in proved delivery records and experiences in Site and Facilities Services ;
English: Basic knowledge
Chinese simplified: Fluent
