职位描述
1、负责产品的渠道销售；
2、按照公司渠道规划，负责现有业务的维护、发展、支持和管理工作；
3、搭建区域内合理的渠道架构并发展代理商；
4、及时接受代理商反馈，针对问题提出解决方法及所需支持；
5、反馈并处理代理渠道及市场中的应急事件；
6、负责完成所辖区域的销售及回款目标；
7、与厂商当地销售代表保持良好沟通并协助其解决销售问题
岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，2年以上IT、数码行业渠道销售经验，有行业客户销售经验者优先；
2. 具备渠道开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力，较强的公关应变能力；
3. 良好的沟通表达能力，工作勤奋、主动、独立性强，抗压能力佳；
4. 具备团队合作精神，有良好的团队意识；
5. 具有追求销售成功的强烈欲望和主动学习心态。
