1. Position
This position will be responsible for overall operation of Transsion global SNSs (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram etc) account. The candidate will report to Digital Marketing Head and will be based in Shanghai China, however the position need flexibility to travel for Biz trip to global

 Responsibility  

• Work with strategy planner to define digital social management strategic directions and KPI for all global market
• expand digital delivery interactive offerings, develop digital content management common practice and reusable assets in both depth and breadth.
• Cooperate with BU/ regional teams and raising social operation capability  
• Tracking the performance of each social accounts (FB/Insta account based on region) and KOL campaign results
• Advising BU/Region on social media governance, social engagement practices and content planning

Lead team to own digital contents project/program end to end, and mentor junior members across region

Successful candidate will be

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and total 4~6 year working experience
• Minimum of 2~# years global social platform (FB,Twitter,Insta) operation and management of account
• Always stay up-to-date with SNS platform policies and rules and know how to comply with the policies and rules
• Experience with social media monitoring tools (Synthesio/Meltwater etc)
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Solid experience with 5 of those years in the social media space and /or related interactive marketing or digital communications discipline

Hands-on experience in designing and executing social media campaigns for brands
