1 Standardisation of the logistics processes along the supply chain for the Region

Planning logistics / Procurement logistics / Production logistics / Distribution logistics / Logistics CLR (Customer Line Return/Logistical mistakes) / Forwarder Logistics / Packaging Logistics / Inventory Management / Change Management Support of the production companies in organisation of the whole process design and organisation structure

2 Comprehension of overall logistics tasks

Transport optimising (conception / negotiation and so on) Toll optimisation Handling unit / returnable optimising Optimising of intra-company-logistics Services provider (GSP) optimisation Managing / initialise / implement common logistics projects (customer / supplier and so on)

3 Others

Securing, setting up of measures and controlling of the logistical quality of the total supply chain; Benchmark; Information and know-how transfer between the regional companies; Overall contact person for customer interface (escalation, optimising, new projects); Defining, planning, coordination and controlling of logistical projects; Reviews and audits; Coordination and support of logistical relocations; Professional authority for regional locations

4 Management

Leading with targets and delegation, qualifying and motivating, developing potential and lines of authority, checking effectiveness in order to reach the agreed targets full

5 Coordination OE-Company logistics resources management

Coordination for commitment and optimisation of all resources regarding planning, discharging duties, safeguard operating processes and adopt measures for this; Ensure the logistical quality of the location; Bringing together and evaluating suppliers, Participation in internal and external negotiations / discussions; Bottleneck /Shortages management production plan/provision of components – disposition to reach a high degree of economic efficiency and generate cash and profit and guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction internally and externally full

6 Cost framework

To achieve the specified economic targets concerning costs / calculation of expenditure/ further charges by the economic use of the resources of humans and materials incl. purchased parts, in order to be competitive on the European and world market.

Qualification

• University degree in Logistics and 8 year international management experience in an international company in Consumer goods or Automotive industry;
• Intercultural experience;
• Good English skills;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Expert in Inventory optimization in a multi warehouse network incl. expert use in SAP APO and SAP SD, -PP, MM;
• Expert in operational warehouse management incl. expert use in SAP EWM
