End User Services Support is all related with end user front desk support, includes daily incident and service request on desktop, laptop, printing, voice, video, mobile etc. Also the team support project implementation, testing, and rollout on front end.
Responsibilities
Provide daily support to JPMC China end users, including incident/ request on desktop, laptop, network, printers, video conference and voice service with required SLA
Liaise with business application team, regional infrastructure team and IT security team to resolves incidents, hygiene break and other issues.
Align with global processes and policies to manage end user assets lifecycle, standalone devices, voice recording, etc.
Follow global standard process, ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities audit requirement in daily operations includes but not limited media handling, desktop/laptop build, and asset management etc.
Proactively explore local collaboration opportunities and consolidate business requirements for improving end user service and satisfactory.
Complete project related assignment in business support field and ensure project timeline are met on time.
Perform end user infra daily healthy check according to service team requirement and keep required log.

Be familiar with Windows user support
Good communication skills and support manner
Capability of resolving incidents, issues independently
Good escalation sense and manner during incident
Good team player and willing to work under pressure
Keep refreshing self-knowledge based by learn and study new technology
