• Overall Purpose of Job职位目标综述

• Standardize material planning process in China region, develop the capability of material planning in each plant. Build and maintain China Supply Chain Management System. Participate in supplier audit and management to improve supplier capability of delivery. Ensure the signing & execution of Logistic Agreement with all suppliers. Implement lean and other effective approaches of material planning to manage raw material inventory, monitor and control E&O stock. Coordinate with IT department for development & implementation of IT/ERP as the window of China SCM to improve work efficiency.

• 标准化中国区物料计划流程，培养工厂物料计划能力。搭建和维护中国区物流体系。参与供应商审核和管理，不断提升供应商交付能力。确保和各供应商LA的签署和执行。采用精益等有效的物料计划控制方法，管理原材料库存，监管呆滞料。作为中国区窗口协调IT/ERP开发和实施，提升工作效率。

• Communication methods沟通渠道

• Inside Communication: HR, Finance , production, Quality, Purchasing, SE ect.

  对内沟通: 人事、财务、生产、质量、采购、工程等部门

• Outside Communication: Suppliers; forwarders; 3PL W/H

  对外沟通供应商Supplier, 货代，第三方仓库

• Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks: 主要职责-列出主要工作任务

• Improving process and optimizing activities related to material planning

• 改进并优化物料计划流程

• Implement PLAN FOR EVERY PART-PFEP & Inform plant to update Item Planning Parameters if need

  实施每个零件计划成本- PFEP, 如需要, 通知工厂更新计划参数。

• Coordinate Smooth MRP run

  协调顺利的MRP运行。

• Enhance material pipeline analysis skill in each plant.

  加强各个工厂计划员的订货周期内物料情况分析能力。

• Standardize the work activities by procedure

• Coordinate regular glide path and inventory reviews with the plants in order to achieve & improve goals related to inventory DOH

• 和工厂协调库存的下降途径以达到和改进库存DOH指标

• Monthly Monitoring & analysis of month end RM stock

• 每月监控， 月底库存分析

• Follow up plant’s improve action to keep reducing RM inventory

• 跟踪工厂的改进行动以持续降低原材料库存.

• Control and Monitor Excess and Obsolete.

• 控制和监控过多和呆滞料

• Consolidate each plant’s E&O report on monthly basis.

  每月整合各个工厂的E&O报告。

• Work with cross function and Regional teams to dispose of E&O material.

  同其他职能和区域队伍工作以处理 E&O物料。

• Participate in Supplier capability improvement from SCM point of view.

• 从物料控制观点出发参与供应商能力提升

• Act as a strong interface in liaison with supplier & purchase to improve supply chain

        与供应商和采购保持紧密联系以改进供应链.

• Participate in supplier audit, strengthen supplier communication, support plant to improve supplier capability & performance

        参与供应商评审，加强与供应商的沟通, 帮助工厂推动供应商提升能力，改善表现

        Ensure successful signature & implementation of Logistic Agreement in plants确保LA在各个工厂的签署和顺利执行

• Lead plant SCM team timely update Logistic Agreement progress after communicate with Supplier

        领导中国区物流团队与供应商沟通后及时更新LA进展.

• Coordinate with plant and IPD to solve problem during implementation of Logistic Agreement, eg. supplier buffer stock, planning parameter setting, etc.

        协调工厂和采购以解决执行LA过程中的问题, 例如供应商备货, 计划参数设置等.

• Work with IT department as windows of IT/ERP in China , coordinate and solve problems related to system implement and development in plants

  作为中国区IT/ERP的窗口，和IT部门一起，协调解决中国区各工厂IT/ERP使用和开发遇到的问题

• Ensure effective information flow between Suppliers and the plants such as EDI, Internet, Fax etc

  保证工厂和供应商之间信息顺畅, 如EDI, 互联网,传真等

• Key Competencies关键任职资格:

• Proficient in material planning, lean ordering, inventory management, supplier management

        精通物料计划，精益采购，库存管理，供应商管理

• Familiar with standard process in terms of production planning, material planning, warehouse management and logistics management

        熟悉生产计划、物料计划、仓库管理、运输管理的标准化流程

• Experience in process standardization of SCM

        物流相关流程标准化经验

• Good stress tolerance and problem solving ability.

        较强的抗压能力和问题解决能力

• Good skill in planning, organizing, coordination, dealing with urgent issue ability, have team work spirit

        良好的计划，组织，协调，应急处理能力和团队协作精神

• Education and Experience学历与经验:

• Bachelor’s degree or above

  本科及以上学历

• At least 5 years working experience in material planning management in automotive industry

        本科以上学历，5年以上汽车行业物料计划管理相关工作经验

• Know well IATF16949 quality system, Experience in SCM process standardization and system audit is a plus

    了解IATF16949质量管理体系。有物流标准流程制定及体系审核应审经验者优先

• Strong PC skills and Familiar with ERP system, experience in IT tools/ERP development about efficiency improvement of production & material planning is a plus

        良好的计算机操作能力，熟悉ERP。有提升生产计划&物料计划效率相关的IT 应用/ERP开发        经验者优先
