Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

Work with project lead to develop information technology based solutions to enable fact-based management for senior executives, sales force leadership, marketing, and commercial/distribution management in the pharmaceutical and related industries.

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

• Under direct supervision of practice leader, assists business development efforts, such as presentation development, client meetings, and proposal writing.
• Review and analyze client problems/requirements, contribute to the development of wining solutions for clients.
• Lead phases of client projects of various size and complexity.
• To participate in the design management dashboards.
• To participate in the design and implementation of database/data warehouse solutions.
• To participate in CRM system design and implementation.
• To Participate in analytical projects – might involve basic statistical concepts.
• Provide project leadership as needed.
• Contribute to practice knowledge building efforts.
• Most work will be managed by engagement managers or principals

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 5+ years of related experience.  Consulting experience highly valued.
• Experiences in design and implementation of project, like CRM or other tech solution projects and marketing team in pharmaceutical industry highly valued.
• Good communication skills and client facing experience

• Software development skills
• JAVA, and sufficient in IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code
• Familiar with Ajax, JQuery, CSS or similar Front Desk development tech
• Familiar with HTTP protocol & WebSerivce, WCF etc.
• Familiar with Oracle or SQL server etc. date management application and development
• Understand Lucene, Redis etc. preference for middleware configuration
• Experience in Scrumor or other agile development project is preferred
• Experienced in developing on salesforce platform or apex is a plus
