Your tasks:

• You provide basic support for our IT technical team and use the database
• You manage the correspondence with our automotive clients
• You collect dealers feedback, track the status timely and confirm the results. 
• You analyze and document processes and ensure project knowledge documentation
• You improve the user experience and take care of other tasks

 

Your skills:

• You are studying IT or having IT related background 
• Your communication skills and adaptable ability are good
• Your English skills are excellent (speaking and writing)
• You have a positive understanding and affinity for analysis. 
• You are willing to learn and you can easily adapt new knowledge 
• You have good time management and you are good at planning
