1.负责境外公司的融资，做好融资规划；支持国内公司在境外的融资；

2.对所负责融资项目进行跟进，收集相关资料，草拟授信申请报告；

3.负责融资方案的具体实施和操作，负责完成融资目标，保障资金正常流转；

4.负责公司的融资资料的归档和保管工作，做好贷后管理，按时还本付息；

5.负责各种融资方式的研究、分析、操作、实施；

6.维护金融机构的管理，建立合作银行分类管理、分层管理档案。

岗位要求：

1.金融工程、会计、财务类本科（含）及以上学历，有海外留学人员学习经验优先；

2.具有逻辑思维能力、判断与决策能力、沟通能力、人际能力、计划与执行能力；

3.具有2年以上财务融资经验，熟悉银行及资金运营；

4.具有团队精神，开朗、自信，能够承受较大压力，思维敏捷，行动迅速；

5.英文水平好，口语流利；

6.CPA\CFA 等证书优先考虑；

7.可接受国内出差
