工作职责：

1.完成公司进口计划；

2.参与外商谈判，签订订单；

3.完成英文的验货报告；

4.申请免税文件；

5.办理进口手续；

6.根据销售部要求安排外商发货，跟踪货物运输状态，与各港口的货代公司沟通，跟进货物到公司；

7.联系报关，商检等工作，密切跟踪报关进度，并及时通知相关部门，以保证交货日期；

8.协助财务进行核算。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，一年以上外贸相关领域工作经验；

2. 具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、责任心强；

3. 了解进进口业务流程，熟悉外贸进口业务环节，有报关资源的优先录用；

4. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件。
