职位描述
1、收集销售部门内部需求，就具体的产品与供货厂家衔接并制定营销策略；
2、定期总结归纳产品销售状态，根据销售部门提出的需求，提交确实可行的报告；
3、跟踪市场部方案的进展、结果及评估；
4、制订新产品营销策略，并组织新产品的上市推广，确保新产品快速上市；
5、提出产品优化和改进建议，并监控实施；
6、定期与厂商的交流并制定合理的产品销售解决方案；
7、配合销售部门接受并处理客户的投诉并作出及时处理；
8、定期收集和分析竞争对手信息；
9、定期出差到客户所在地进行交流，深入了解客户销售状况和市场需求。
岗位要求：
1、本科或以上学历；
2、具有组织，计划，控制，协调，人际交往能力和团队精神；
3、具备较强需求分析能力，产品规划能力；
4、能独立思考，勇于创新，对工作富有激情；
5、具有较强的沟通表达能力，熟练掌握演讲技能；
6、具有优秀的方案撰写能力；
7、熟悉IT产品运作优先。
