Major Responsibilities:
-Perform G/L (General Ledger) postings and monthly/year end closing in SAP
-Administration of accrual and provision;
-Analysis BW report to ensure the data qualities, prepare monthly financial statements such as balance sheet, income statements and report delivery of group reporting (BMR) and China local report;
-Prepare deep-down analysis reports for the monthly financial statements;
-Prepare reporting packages for Group consolation report;
-Contact for external and internal audit;
-Work for projects, relevant for accounting topics and system changes;
-Execute internal controls to ensure high qualities of postings and data. Ensure practices, procedures and policies are implemented in line with Bayer standards（BKA, ICS-Internal Control System）and statutory requirements;
-Cooperation with APC (account payable), TSC (Transaction Service Center), Controlling, tax and treasury, BBS, IM (information management) and other relevant departments for GL postings, closings and reporting;
-Domestic travelling is required.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related;
-1 to 2 years SAP GL (general ledger) closing experience;
-Familiar with IFRS (International Financial ReportingStandards) and New PRC GAAP (Generally Accepted Accouting Principles);
-Familiar with preparing annual audit report including cash flow statements and equity movement s and disclosures
-Working Experience of preparing group consolidation report is a plus.
-Working experience of financial system setup is preferred
-Familiar with MS office
-Very good communication skills; high standards of ethics and morale; able to work independent
-Strong research and analytical skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Fluent in English, Chinese mother tongue
