职位描述
In this role, you will:
- Deliver training programmes to internal audiences
- Support the delivery of a range of training solutions and other relevant learning interventions based on the training needs identified
- Support in analysing and evaluating training needs, plans or schedules to ensure employees receive the appropriate learning
- Ensure practices and procedures are adhered to and training materials remain compliant with HSBC and regulatory standards
- Monitor progress made by the trainees to achieve required proficiency in line with the desirable results
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- The job holder plays a vital role in driving training activities to support insurance business and work closely with the teams in Wholesale Support and Distribution Support including i) Business Develop Managers, ii) sales process and sales quality, iii) partner engagement. - This will also include develop and facilitate training and seminar programs, develop and update training materials and develop management information reports, in order to achieve the business goal. - This role would extend its capabilities to include distribution development functions for both internal & external distribution channels in HBCN RBWM, HACN RBWM and also Digital in the future on sales planning, coaching, and customer segmentation.
