As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Division and Marine & Ports Business Units (BU) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You with the support of project team is responsible for successful execution/delivery of assigned project(s) on-time, within budget, as per Contract Agreement, with on- quality & safety framework of ABB starting from handover from sales until project close out.

？ Project Manager will have the overall responsibility for leading the implementation of customer projects in good co-operation with internal and external stakeholders.
？ The responsibilities also include project planning, scheduling, resourcing, cost control and forecasting, risk management and reporting to the steering committee.
？ Project Manager will report to the operation manager.
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

？ Technical Education, Bachelor’s Degree and major in Engineering with subject of Mechanical, Electrical or other relevant Industrial Engineering fields.
？ 5+ years of work experience from Project Business, International work experience and background in a western based company are highly valued. Continuous employment period longer than 5 years for one company is mandatory.
？ A valuable asset will be knowledge from marine business.
？ Professional level ability with MS Office tools. Experience from MS Project, SAP or another ERP system is minimum requirement.
？ Willing to travel frequently on business work.
？ Fluent in oral and written English.
