· Manage and oversee process R&D and production activities for projects at CRO/CMO to ensure well resource/equipment planning and on-time delivery (100%) · Perform synthetic route design and scouting with innovative inputs for process R&D purpose · Support/visit at CMO production site is expected · To perform OOT, OOS, deviation investigation and trouble shooting in a timely manner · Take part in process/product life-cycle know-how management, like prepare Technical package · Take part in CMOs management by on-going monitoring their performance and developing their capability · Identify, evaluate and develop CMOs/suppliers in China for supporting Dizal process R&D and production activities · Solid knowledge and understanding of organic synthesis · Good knowledge and understanding of chemical/pharmaceutical process up-scaling and (pilot) production · Ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written forms in interdisciplinary environments · Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to participate in a highly effective team and work independently · Ph.D. with at least 3 year working experience in the area of chemical/pharmaceutical process R&D and production · Worked as a leading chemist in projects, demonstrated technical expertise in chemical/pharmaceutical process R&D and production · Run scale-up projects in chemical (pilot) plant · Knowledge of cGMP and experience in API project is a plus
