职位描述
1. 能够管理好公司数据处理支持部门，与公司业务部门之间有良好的沟通；
2. 深度学习和了解公司相关产品；
3. 了解客户需求，合理安排团队支持业务部门完成客户交付标准；
4. 全面负责团队成员的管理，培训机制的完善，工作流程的优化。
任职要求：
1. 对社会化媒体数据分析及团队管理有较大热情和丰富的经验；
2. 至少4年相关行业经验，1-3年团队管理经验（部门经理）；3-5年团队管理经验（高级经理）；
3. 良好的沟通表达能力，协调能力和团队管理能力。
4. 工作热情，有服务精神。
