We are looking for a Creative Talent Recruitment Trainee for our office in Beijing who:
wants to develop further in recruitment/talent management/HR
is passionate about success, willing to build a career in a dynamic environment
is a fan of design and creativity, even if you do not have a background as a designer

Job Responsibilities:

- Sourcing candidates for specific recruitment projects
- Developing online channels (social media) to grow our design talent database
- Communication with designer/creatives, including initial phone contact and interviews
- Administration to the recruitment projects
- Market intelligence research and maintenance of the candidate database
- Facilitating business development activities of consultants

Skills Required:

- Good oral and written English
- BA Degree (English/Design/Business Admin/HR)
- Great communication skills, oral and written
- Open-minded personality and the willingness to learn
- Well organized and result-oriented
- Good knowledge and active user of social media
- Experience in recruitment consultancy or design industry would be a plus
