Job Description:

1. To manage month end closing, including timetable preparation, G/L entries booking, and TB review
2. To prepare the monthly statutory reports and internal managerial report package
3. To manage periodic tax filing and return
4. To manage and ensure proper accounting and company records being filed
5. To conduct regular balance sheet items review and clean up outstanding accounting issues and account balances, and coordinate other teams to improve related accounting processes
6. To manage annual tax audit and follow up the audit issues
7. To manage sales audit & sales accounting in due course
8. To manage treasury function to ensure effective cash management
9. To duly support company business development as a finance coordinator to ensure adequate finance support to various projects
10.To involve in budgeting, forecast, and project financial analysis


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above major in finance/accounting with relevant managerial or supervisory role experience
2. Audit firm experience and accounting professional qualification are preferable
3. Familiar with foreign invested company practices, experience with retail companies preferred
4. Good sense with planning, reporting and analysis
5. Good interpersonal skills, including coordination, communication and team leadership
6. Good command of English and computer skills
7. Demonstrate commitments and proactive attitude
