职位描述

Key Accountabilities:

Marketing Communication
To work with the Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM) and Sales & Marketing Executive (SME) to ensure that the marketing calendar is accurately updated with relevant details such as targets, promotional mechanics, etc.
To ensure that all materials for the monthly promotional calendar are submitted on time by the vendor
To request VM approval for all marketing materials
To discuss and prepare the monthly e-bulletin offers with vendors, working with CMC on the layout and final copy
To take full responsibility for the execution of all promotional e-mail blasts, under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Manager, on the layout and final copy
To assist with the execution and sponsorship support of the in-store beauty animation events, under the direction of the SMM and SME
To update and distribute the bulletin for road shows and seminars as required
To assist with the execution of new brand launch programs

Relationship Management
To work with vendors and show support and appreciation to encourage vendor commitment to LC through activities such as road shows, seminars and other ad-hoc partnerships
To work with vendors to ensure that each in-store execution is in line with cosmetic strategic direction and image and is tailored to the store location and customer base
To attend all new brand training and refresher training as appropriate and ensure staff can provide accurate knowledge and information to the customer
To demonstrate a desire to understand and communicate with store staff and customers through weekly store visits

Database Marketing
To assist the SMM to plan and implement programs for LC Card with the aim of increasing customer spend
To regularly analyze LC card-holder spending behavior in order to better understand customers and identify the business opportunities
To assist the SMM in preparing data-mining for marketing events and initiatives to consistently execute with excellence programs for LC Privilege Card with the aim of increasing customers' loyalty to LC
To assist in the development of strategic partners who are able to provide exclusive benefits to LC cardholders with the aim of increasing customer loyalty

Requirement:
- At least 4-5 years experience in cosmetics merchandising;
- Be familiar with cosmetics sales & marketing operation;
- Good computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- Fluent English both in written and spoken
