1. Calculation and design, select suitable product, and quote to customer.
2. Communicate with customer for the proposal, follow up status of quotations and make record.
3. Sign contract, place order and follow up the orders until delivery.
4. Coordinate with the technical support, logistic, and manufacturer etc. in order to handle quotations and orders efficiently.
5. Claim handling.
6. Backlog order follow up.
7. Risk control of the contract from commercial perspective.
8. Handle orders ( BPCS, CAS, OPTO, PROCON etc ) from order to invoice.
9. Handle VAT related subjects , monthly VAT reconciliation.
10. Support on logistic related claims ( short delivery, wrong delivery, damage goods etc).
