工作职责:

?Secure the daily entry of each sub-module data which includes CASH/GL, timely and correctly

?确保日常账务处理各个模块的数据及时准确输入系统。

?Secure the monthly bookkeeping such as accruals, prepaid, income, costing, etc according to closing schedule.

?确保月度结账相关数据比如预提、摊销、收入及成本等按期完成。

?Supervise and analyze costing calculation/stock valuation, etc

?监控和分析成本、存货等数据。

?Supervise and secure ERP accounting transactions in K3

?监控和确保ERP系统里所有交易的数据进入财务模块。

?Secure to declare all the related tax including VAT and its surcharge, CIT, etc and handle yearly tax filing correct and timely for HQ and branch offices.

?确保按时并准确完成所有税务申报，比如增值税及附加税、所得税及其年度汇算清缴，以及总分机构所得税分摊及预缴。

?Prepare statutory reports and management reports

?编制法定财务报表及内部管理分析报告。

?Assist FC to handle yearly auditing and annual check.

?协助财务总监完成年度审计、公司年审及年报。

任职资格:

?Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.

?熟练操作excel等办公软件。

?Familiar with the Kingdee ERP and SAP system respectively

?熟练适用金蝶或SAP等系统。

?the Intermediate Accountant Certificate is required

?持有中级会计师证。

?Good at Financial analysis

?擅长财务数据分析。

?Effective oral and written English communication skills.

?有良好的英语读写能力。

?Excellent communication skill.
