Program Manager
– Communications, Founder’s Office

Summary – Strategize and Manage internal communications and
storytelling end to end, emanating from the Founder’s desk

Primary responsibilities

1)Develop program/communication channel to regularly engage with individual/group keholders in various business/functional teams across businesses/geographies;

2)Liaise with business/functional teams to track performance of individual/group takeholders across defined KPIs across businesses/geographies;

3)Design institutionalize a program of awarding the good performers – awards from Founder

4)Develop disseminate stories/content capturing positive stories of internal keholders – OYOpreneurs as well as external stakeholders – owners, customers ;

5)Draft send internal communications on behalf of the Founder;

6)Measure act of communications/engagement on individual/group stakeholders’

performance;

7)Work losely with various business/functional teams especially PR&corp comm,

brand etc.

Qualifications

1)4+years in marketing, communications, project execution

2)Creativity and bias for action

3)China work Authorization

4)Native from China

5     5)Excellent written and verbal communications skills

6)Proficiency in Chinese and English language

7)Ability to successfully partner with outstation colleagues

8)Strong organization skills and outstanding attention to detail

9)Exercises good judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes

10)Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
