Responsibilities:

Conduct due diligence on regulatory and internal policies requirements for any new Corporate and Commercial Banking products/services and any other regulatory applications.
Amend related Business guideline and AML procedures for Commercial Banking business.
Submit the report required by regulator and other department in time; prepare the related materials for corporate and commercial meeting.
Support Corporate and Commercial Banking division in compliance and audit matters in expanding and introducing new products/services.
Act as the coordinator of implementing regulate and internal management guideline in corporate and commercial banking.
Act as contact person/consultant to the sales platform on matters relating to processes and procedures and compliance-related matters.
Conduct training for the sales platform on new procedures and processes as well as compliance-related matters.
Other matters arranged by supervisor.
Requirement:
At least 4 years' experience in corporate banking compliance or control function in foreign and local banks
A strong sense of integrity and an understanding of the real meaning of compliance and risk control
Good English, both written and spoken
High degree of professional skepticism and ability to think independently
A law or finance degree from a reputable university
