Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the build-up and maintenance of the company’s financial model
• Developing complex financial models and building business cases via proactive collaboration with various functions to evaluate new business ideas
• Engaging with senior management to identify priorities, expansion areas and commercial viability of projects
• Performing rigorous analysis to come up with actionable insights
• Perform periodic analysis on the company’s financials and identify key areas that drive business growth
• To support budget preparation, rolling forecasts and other financial planning and monitor the performance by month and identify risk and opportunities.

Requirements:

· Good university degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related subject

· At least 3-4 years of working experience in audit / finance / banking related fields; Big 4 experience preferred

· Financial modelling experience is a must; Prior FP&A experience preferred

· Proactive with agility to interact with diverse set of individuals

· Accept ownership and accountability for agreed upon targets and deliverables

· Highly organized, motivated and strong prioritization capabilities

· Ability to work independently and efficiently

• 协助公司财务模型的建立和维护
• 通过与不同职能部门的积极合作，开发复杂的财务模型并构建业务案例，以评估新的业务想法
• 与高级管理层合作，确定项目的优先级、扩展领域和商业可行性
• 进行严格的分析，提出可行的见解
• 定期对公司的财务状况进行分析，找出推动业务增长的关键领域
• 支持预算编制和其他财务计划，并按月监控业绩，识别风险和机会。

任职要求：

• 财务、金融或相关专业本科以上学历
• 至少3-4年审计/财务/银行相关工作经验;四大经验优先
• 必须有金融建模经验;有FP&A经验者优先
• 良好的组织能力， 积极主动，反应敏捷，能与不同的部门进行互动
• 高效且独立的工作能力
