• Manage digital HCP Platform KPIs (BU adoption, HCP registration and engagements, etc). Develop dashboard and increase visibility, day to day analytics
• Prepare routine KPI meeting materials
• Use of 3rd party tracking tools, analyze and root cause analysis for key operating metrics
• Develop insights from key metrics and develop improvement initiatives
• Digital HCP platform day to day operations, closely monitoring the successful delivery of platform activities and continually help optimizing results
• Front End: wechat mini-program/official accounts/apps
• Offline and online activities operation
• Marketing campaign planning, operations & implementation
• Content parternship & development activities
• User service when needed
• Back End: management platform
• proactive communication with cross-functional team, Central/Area MKT/Sales/SFE team to execute event plans
• Support change management communications and trainings to BUs
• New Functionality Development Origination – Based on strong business insights, user behavior analytics and competitive analysis and thorough tracking tools, user research, to develop new business scenarios under digital HCP platform.
• Oversee and track all spending on platform
