一、岗位职责：

1、负责公司的日常品质管理监督工作，加强品质质量体系运行控制；

2、负责外部质量审核的协调及内部服务品质审核的组织协调；

3、负责制定突发事件应急预案，处理危机、突发事件并形成报告；

4、负责制定品质管理工作规划、培训方案及教材，组织品质知识培训，不断提高员工的工作和服务质量；

5、完成领导交办的其他工作。

二、任职资格：

1、年龄35-40岁，全日制大专及以上学历，消防等相关专业；

2、3年以上同职工作经验；

3、熟悉国家消防安全法律法规，掌握各类品质管理标准；

4、接受过过质量体系知识方面培训；

5、具备一定组织协调能力、公文写作能力、沟通判断能力；

6、性格外向、沟通好、执行力强。
