We are currently seeking a Business Analyst – Digital Strategic who will report to Senior Digital Application Manager, Greater China as part of our dynamic team in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Your opportunity

The person in this position will have responsibility for system implementation, improvement, and support on day-to-day activity and support business partner across Great China and brands. Support includes digital application (Ecommerce, CRM, SNS etc.) maintenance support and enhancement.

This position will responsible for smooth transition from project to operation support, build streamline process and ensure system stability on an ongoing basis. Bring value to the team with having deep understanding of business process, requirement and its priorities to continue improvement initiatives.



How you will contribute

? Partner with Corp and brands to understand the business request. Prioritize business’s needs and translate the business requirements into system solutions.
? Analysis, design, testing and ongoing maintenance & support for digital applications (ecommerce, CRM, customer engagement etc) across Great China (China/Hongkong/Taiwan/Macao) for all brands
? Proactively continue to find opportunity for digital innovation and improve operation process (in team and cross brands/functional departments)
? Execute various projects as project member and take ownership on respective assigned roles with other members
? Support driving system enhancements and new systems implementation following the project life cycle management process in partner with both internal and external team. Ensures system change management in place and these are thoroughly documented in timely manner
? Manage and keep maintaining the relationship with the vendors as well as the counterpart of IS team in Europe etc.


Who you are

Experience, business and technical skills
? Strong and proactive communication and facilitation skills in English and Chinese, and experiences in partnering with business users and other IS team members to design and implement systems solutions are desired.
? Technical skills of Programing and SQL are desired
? Good working attitude, have strong ownership, Able to work under pressure with tight deadline
? Experience and in-depth knowledge of retail eCommerce, CRM and related systems (WeChat, WeChat Work, Contents management system, Order management system, Payment gateway system and Warehouse management system, Trigger Based eMail (TBM) besides marketing business activity such as promotion, campaign management process etc. are plus.
? Regional/Global CRM/Ecommerce implementation and/or on-going support experience are plus.
? Experience in implementing social media and its integration to other systems are plus
? Experience with Agile software development is plus
? Experience with test automation is plus.
? Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years in marketing related systems experience including analysis of business requirements, designing and developing of programs and testing.
