职位描述
负责对系统主数据的维护,协调工程变更对物料的影响,进行库存分析和实物大盘点, 对物料使用清单(BOM)定期评审,提高库存准确性和监控库存周转率Responsible for data maintenance in system. Support on the effectiveness evaluation for materials of engineering changement. Supervise the inventory analysis and circle count. Organize the regular audit for BOM. Continually increase the veracity of inventory turns
1. Establish the data base parameters for Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and related production software systems.
2. Establish and maintain business practices, procedures and documentation that ensure control of supplier releases, incoming material shipments, receiving documents, inventory levels, material storage and movement and shipments to the customer.
3. Establish goals and action plans for continued reduction in the cost of transportation, package handling, piece price and inventory levels.
4. Manage the data and maintenance of the Bill of Material within the system. This includes monitoring the performance of effectively date implementation, changes to Billing of material and loading of new end items.
5. Minimize inventory levels on balance out parts and when appropriate, submit an obsolescence claim.
6. Ensure plans and implementation of physical inventory counts on time and coordinated with other required departments.
Ensure that all supplier returns are recorded accurately and dispatched in a timely manner to reduce internal BJCAC costs
1. College degree or equivalent in experience of Materials Management.
2. Three (3) to (5) years in Materials Management area.
3. Good working knowledge of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
4. Strong computer skills with full understanding of software programs.
