We are a French leading company in wine industry. Now we are looking for an accountant for finance department.

Missions：

1. Strictly follow the Enterprise Accounting Norm and relevant law and regulations；

2. Responsible for book keeping, checking unreceived invoices and informing related person;

3. Prepare all kinds of the financial reports requested by manager and headquarters；

4. Check expenses reimbursement and send to related manager for approval；

5. Prepare cash-flow forecast of branch office in time；

6. Communication with agent for monthly and yearly tax declaration;

7. Monthly and yearly statistic declaration, as well as other annual declarations；

8. Responsible for sales invoices of retail accounts in ERP System: verifying and confirming invoicing information, assisting in issuing invoices to clients in time；

9. Calculate commissions for agents；

10. Coordinate with the accounting firm for yearly audit process；

11. Daily communication with tax bureau；

12. Apply for credit insurance for key clients and retail accounts clients

Profile:

1. Majored in accounting or finance-related discipline

2. Two years' experiences in accountant in a multinational company or an accounting firm

3. Good understanding of Chinese GAAP and China tax law

4. Skilled Excel knowledge, be familiar with ERP financial system

5. Good level of English or French

6. Reliable, accurate, with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work as a good team player

7. Could work under pressure and meet various deadlines
