Your Responsibility
？ Analysis the basic data of logistic costs, plan the 1 year and 5 year SGK and
investment budget ensure the budget is reasonable and economical.
？ According to the actual cost to make the forecast of SGK for each month, analysis
and following the costs process deviation in time.
？ sorting and control the cost element for each costs.
？ update the SC status 1-2 each month, cooperate with requestors to deal with the
purchasing and payment process.
？ coordinate and control the applicate amount under budget for each Pre-BM & BMMeeting,
and keep the rest budget.
？ Check the price, work content & routing, economic of the GR/transport invoice, and
then sigh on the invoice, sort and keep them.
？ Management the financial/physical/system scrap 1 each month in logistic department,
to avoid the unnecessary waste, and in the same time ensure the warehouse stock in
blocked area.
Our Requirements
？ Major direction: Logistic/ Financial / Economic
？ fluent English or Germen
？ 1-3 years’ work experience in logistic or controlling
？ Good communication & conflict dealing & learning skills
？ Skill of outstanding MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Outlook), KSRM-System,
SAP-System
