Basic Purpose:
1. Provide customer support for Cimnet product to customers in the Greater China region
2. Test Cimnet product on all new releases and patches;
3. Utilizing RTI system to record and to track all reported Cimnet related issues;
4. Coordinate with the Cimnet project team to help to solve trouble shoot technical problems during the project implementation phase;
5. Maintain internal Cimnet testing environment;
6. Coordinate with the Cimnet development team to deliver system fixes and enhancements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support
? Provide customer support for Cimnet product to customers in the Greater China region by on-site visit, telephone, email, fax and any other feasible means;
? Coordinate with the Cimnet project team to help to trouble shoot technical problems during the project implementation phase;
? Utilizing RTI system to record and to track all reported Cimnet related issues;
? Familiar with Oracle and SQL server
? Good of English reading and writing, CET 4 is a must
2. Product Upgrading
? Test Cimnet product on all new releases and patches;
? Maintaining internal Cimnet testing environment;
? Coordinate with the Cimnet development team to deliver system fixes and enhancements.

Additional duties and responsibility:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or computer science area.
Experience in customer service is preferred. Familiar with Oracle and SQL server.
More than two years of customer support is preferable.
