1、根据公司销售订单合理开展采购工作；

2、供应商的选择与考评，采购成本的控制；

3、采购合同的签订与实施；编制各类采购报表上报且及时与财务进行沟通；

4、负责公司商务相关合同中风险把控，能发现问题并提出解决方案；

5、协助草拟、修改、审查公司各类合同文件，参与商务相关谈判工作；

6、统计各类采购数据，与采购商核对账目，与财务进行应付账款的核对；

7、采购合同的保管与整理；

8、负责供应商的选择、管理、维护和沟通，与供应商建立良好的合作关系；

9、严格执行公司商务相关管理制度。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，经济、商务、市场营销、法律等相关专业毕业优先；

2、二年及以上商务工作经验、具备合同审核的能力；

3、责任心强，工作认真严谨、积极主动；

4、熟悉计算机和办公软件操作；

5、具备良好的沟通能力、思维敏捷、条理清晰、执行力强；

6、性格沉稳、亲和力强，具有良好的职业素质、合作意识及团队精神。
