Job Description
-Responsible for installation of PC Software and Hardware including OS and applications, PC and peripheral.
-Responsible for Client PC version control and bug fix
-Provide effective helpdesk assistance to users.
-Responsible for Hardware /Peripheral device troubleshooting and maintenance.
-Responsible for daily backup and monitoring status and escalate any problem to IT engineer for resolution
-User manual compilation and update.
Qualifications Required
-Degree or professional qualifications in computer related science and 2-3 years experience, potential new graduated is acceptable.
-Extensive knowledge and experience for Desktop Operation system and Application
