副总经理（网站及SEO方向）
岗位职责：
1、集团网站的整体运营
2、按照市场调研结果，调整网站运营方向
3、SEO操作的方案计划、实施及维护，组建团队
4、领导技术部门配合市场分析结果进行内部工作调整
岗位要求：
1、正规本科以上学历；
2、从事网站或SEO行业8年以上，有五年以上相关管理工作经验；
3、善于沟通，具备很强的领导能力和团队组建能力；
4、有良好的职业操守，保守公司的商业秘密。
5、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力，良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正。
6、较强的战略规划能力。
