Responsibilities:

? Develop the core technology R&D plan of deep learning and audio/video algorithm software for vertical domain

? Track new developments in industry audio, video processing and AI algorithms, select and implement the optimized algorithms into SoC for vertical domain application

? Build and lead software team support algorithm IP development and optimization, to meet the software requirements of AI algorithm in Edge Computing

? Response to SW/HW partition for algorithm implementation, guides the SW/HW architecture design and optimization for a certain algorithm

? Lead the development of security, algorithm, protocol, application software package SDK, build AI-IoT domain specific software stack

  

Qualifications:

? 8+ years of embedded software development experience, computer science, software engineering bachelor’s degree or above, Master's degree is preferred;

? 5+ years management experience in software R&D team

? Familiar with at least one of the industry's mainstream DSP programming skills, good experience of algorithm porting and optimization in embedded system

? Proficient in audio and video noise reduction processing algorithm principles, experience of algorithm implementation of computing vision like Open-CV

? Familiar with the principle of deep learning speech recognition and image recognition algorithm

? Experience in embedded system application software development projects with Linux or RTOS operating system

? Self-driving and team work spirit, strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

  

Big Plus:

? Strong experience of algorithm optimization in CEVA or Tensilica DSP

? Experience of Audio processing algorithm e.g. mic array, beam forming, echo cancellation and noise reduction

? Experience of Open-CV algorithm implementation in embedded system

? Experience of training and inference algorithm development of deep learning

? Experience of ISP (Image Signal Processing) algorithm e.g. WDR, 2D/3D Noise reduction, etc.
