Responsibilities:

? Track the industry latest progress of audio processing and speech recognition algorithms, complete the speech/audio algorithm development of embedded system

? Performance evaluation of audio/speech processing algorithm from 3rd party, guide the algorithm selection and optimization of embedded chip/SoC system

? Complete speech algorithm porting and architecture optimization, determine algorithm hardware and software partitioning strategy

? Guidance algorithm optimization engineer team to complete porting and optimization based on DSP, vector processors or hardware acceleration engine for a certain chip platform

? Finish of speech algorithm module encapsulation to form an effective intelligent speech/audio processing SDK to support application development

Qualifications:

? 5+ years of experience in software R&D, bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software engineering

? 3+ years of audio/speech algorithm development, familiar with the industry's latest algorithm architecture and progress,

? 3+ years of algorithm optimization programming skills in DSP, good experience of algorithm porting and optimization

? Proficient in audio processing algorithm model, including MIC array, beam forming, sound source positioning, noise suppression, echo cancellation, etc.

? Self-driving and team work spirit, strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

BIG Plus：

? Work experience of chip or internet company with audio/speech signal processing

? Experience algorithm of Voice synthesis, Voiceprint Recognition

? Experience of software development with Linux or RTOS system

? Knowledge of intelligent speech recognition algorithm, including RNN, LSTM, CNN

? Experience of training and inference algorithm implementation of deep learning for Voice
