Responsibilities:

? Track and import the progress of deep learning algorithms in sound and video intelligent recognition, and guide internal team to understand the algorithm

? Optimize the algorithm data flow according to the algorithm objective, guide the implementation of the algorithm on the vector processors and hardware acceleration engine

? Optimize the hardware scheme of the Deep Learning Algorithm and guide the design of the corresponding hardware acceleration engine

? Guide Algorithm Optimization engineer team to complete the migration and optimization based on DSP and vector processors

? Provide deep learning-related algorithm prototypes for DSP, vector processors, and hardware acceleration engine design teams

? Collecting the requirements of deep learning algorithm for specific application, develop the SDK of algorithm development and optimization for corresponding platform system

Qualifications:

? 8+ years of algorithm software R&D experience, computer science, software engineering Bachelor degree or above, Master's degree is preferred;

? 5+ years of Deep learning algorithm R&D experience, familiar with the industry's latest algorithm architecture and results;

? Familiar with speech recognition, image recognition of the deep learning framework, can independently develop the deep learning algorithm model;

? Strong experience of training and coefficient tuning for Neural network, familiar with industry Open source training/test data set to achieve specific objectives

? Good technical presentation skills to guide engineers to understand the principle of algorithms

? Self-driving and team work spirit, strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

? Work experience of chip or internet company with deep learning algorithm

? Technical achievements in professional journals and international competitions in the field of deep learning algorithm research

? Working and project experience in well-known artificial intelligence labs
